Booking terms. This service schedules a preliminary FreightFlow discussion with WebPOS LLC or its nominated representatives. A booking does not create a freight, agency, credit, employment, investment, or other commercial commitment. Any services remain subject to separate due diligence, authority, pricing, scope, and executed terms. Please do not include passwords, payment-card data, health data, or other unnecessary sensitive information in the booking form.

You may cancel or reschedule using the secure link in your confirmation. Availability and meeting format may change if operationally necessary.

Booking privacy notice. WebPOS LLC collects the contact details, scheduling preferences, proposed discussion topic, and notes you submit to arrange and administer the meeting, prevent abuse, maintain operational records, and follow up on your enquiry. We disclose booking details only to the assigned FreightFlow team member and service providers needed to operate scheduling, email, hosting, and calendar services. We do not sell booking data.

Do not submit unnecessary confidential or sensitive information. Booking records are retained only for legitimate operational, security, and legal purposes, then deleted or de-identified. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact seth@oakhampton.ai. Where applicable, local privacy rights continue to apply.
